The location is manageable if you're prepared for a short but steep walk to the Haram.
The check-in process was frustrating, as it replaced the usual time with a 4 pm check-in that left us waiting after a long journey. My room had drainage issues which left the bathroom unusable and when I raised the concern with reception, they were indifferent and unhelpful. The shuttle service they advertise is not always available, especially my elderly parents, to navigate the steep incline back after visiting the Haram.

This place is good, and provides everything I need, like free Wi-Fi in public areas, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me choose a better taxi. I'm coming back for a business trip!

Truly enjoyed staying at the queen room with double beds. The food was delicious with lots of options. The location of this hotel just off the mountain, the Grand Mosque, and the grocery stores was particularly good.
We didn't like that there was parking space missing.

My stay was fantastic! The room was spotless and had super cozy bedding that really helped me unwind after long days. The only downside was the uphill walk back, which could be tiring, but don't miss the relaxing pool and the lovely lounge area! 😊

Breakfast is very varied, there is a lot of choice even if you are going to eat just before closing.
Wi-Fi a little low in the reception but no Internet in the rooms.

The location is great, with a convenient 10-15 minute walk to the Haram, though it is situated at the top of a steep hill, which may be challenging for some guests. The breakfast buffet stands out with a wide variety, including Bernese sausages and fresh pastries, perfect for starting the day. The hotel only provides Wi-Fi in the lobby, limiting connectivity in the rooms.
